Welcome to Tri-Lakes Chapel. We hope you find what you are looking for. Just about everything you want to know about Tri-Lakes Chapel is here.
At Tri-Lakes Chapel, we believe God has put us in this community for a reason, and that reason is bigger than whatever benefits this church might provide for us personally.
We exist to help people connect intimately with God, intentionally with God’s people, and influentially with our community. Our vision is to establish biblical community on every street in the Tri-Lakes region.
We accomplish this primarily through small groups we call Base Camps. Base Camps are multi-generational communities living out the mission of God together, pursuing redemption and renewal on our street, neighborhood, and community by declaring and demonstrating the Gospel in tangible ways.
We would love for you to join with us as we bring God’s preferable future for us closer to reality!
We are located in beautiful Monument, Colorado just north of Colorado Springs.
For more information regarding the Tri-lakes Chapel merger with The Gathering:
A name is a very emotional thing. Both congregations attach deep significance to their respective names. However, we’re coming together to create something new. In Scripture, God often gave people a new name when they had a significant encounter with him. As the joining church in this venture, The Gathering will no longer exist as a legal entity. For Tri-Lakes Chapel, our name is no longer applicable, as we will soon have a congregation that extends down to the Briargate area and even further south.
So it seems fitting that we take on a new name that reflects the work that God is doing in our midst. The process for determining that name will involve people from both congregations, will be screened by the transition team, with the final decision residing with the Tri-Lakes Chapel pastors/elders.

Our mission at Tri-Lakes Chapel is to help people connect: intimately with God, intentionally with God’s family, and influentially with God’s world. Our vision is to develop genuine Biblical community on every street in the Tri-Lakes region.
The Compass is used alongside your Bible to help you connect and develop genuine Biblical community. Four environments work in an integrated fashion. They are:
Home – The best place for formation and nurture
Base Camp – The best place for application and outreach
Area – The best place for training and mission
Worship – The best place for inspiration and celebration
We believe all four elements together are the best means to spiritual transformation.

If you missed The Compass on Sunday and wish to download a PDF version that you can download and print or download to your E-Book, such as NOOK, Kindle or even your IPAD or IPhone, find your missing week in Online Resources page.
The Compass is also featured on YouVersion through their “LIVE“ feature.

Download37 On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. 38 Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” 39 Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to receive, for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. (ESV)
12 “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father. 13 Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.
15 “If you love me, you will keep my commandments. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, 17 even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.
18 “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. (ESV)
26 “But when the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me. 27 And you also will bear witness, because you have been with me from the beginning. (ESV)
7 Nevertheless, I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you. 8 And when he comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment: 9 concerning sin, because they do not believe in me; 10 concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father, and you will see me no longer; 11 concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.
12 “I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. 13 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. 14 He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you. (ESV)
10 But if Christ is in you, although the body is dead because of sin, the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you. (ESV)
